This document was originally submitted to Rebecca Moore in April of 2006. It contains a long list of GE ideas and improvements. The document has too much content to efficiently squeeze onto a single webpage (approx. 12 pages), so it is presented here as a PDF.
I have also come up with several more ideas, which I'd like to share in person.
